About the regulationsThese regulations together with the Privacy Policy, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, specify the rules for using the Website, including in particular the ordering of Remote Services via the Website, the rules for the performance of these Services, the rights and obligations of the parties to a remote order and the rules of complaint procedure. By entering any data and materials into the system necessary to create a presentation, the User declares that he is the author of these materials and has the rights to dispose of them. It is forbidden to enter into the system data and materials that were not created by the User or for which the User has not received from the author the necessary authorizations to use them. The website allows sharing own presentations with selected system users and making selected presentations public for all system users.

Creating an accountTo set up an account in the system, an email is required, which is the unique user ID in the system. Email is also the system login ID. By creating an account, the user agrees to the system processing his email address. The user has the right to request the removal of email data from the system, which is equivalent to the account cancellation and deletion from the system of any data entered by the user into the system or generated by the system. Account typesThe system enables keeping two types of accounts: a free FREE account and a paid PREMIUM account. Both accounts give the system full functionality. The FREE account has a limitation - it allows you to conduct presentations with up to three participants. After the account is created, it is FREE. The user can activate the PREMIUM account for one day, one month or one year. To activate, please make a payment via PayPal in accordance with the price list. Activation can also be made by entering a valid coupon purchased by the system or another person who will give the coupon to the User, giving him his number. Coupons can be purchased in packages of 5 pieces. There are three types of coupons: for one day, for one month and for one year. Payments for coupons are made via PayPal. Information about purchased coupons and their use is in the system. Coupons are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this date, the coupons are removed from the user's account. After activating the PREMIUM account, its expiration date can be extended by one day, one month or one year. The PREMIUM account can be extended by paying via PayPal or using a coupon purchased on the site or received from another user. paymentsThe system allows making payments for activations and extensions of PREMIUM account expiration dates via PayPal. To make a payment via PayPal, the User should have a PayPal account. Bills and invoicesThe system provides invoices for operations performed via PayPal. At the User's request, the system can generate a VAT invoice for the user.
